As we pass the halfway mark this summer what better than an eco-friendly, season spanning romper by Ace & Jig to add to your growing eco closet. Designed using one of the company's eco Artisanal fabrics that are woven on an ancient hand loom in India, this one is a classic windowpane plaid. The romper features a sleeveless, button-up front with elasticized waistband and tapered leg.
The weavers employed by Ace & Jig's textile factory receive free childcare. The textiles are washed twice to make the fabrics extra soft and shrink-proof, but the water used in the process is recycled for use in the communal employee garden to grow organic produce. Available online at Ethica; now reduced to $198.
